Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Care Team.

 

 

Must be able to work Sunday through Thursday 9:00 - 5:00 p.m. or Tuesday through Saturday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

 

 

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

 

 

Ø      Develop a base of product knowledge.

 

Ø      Order entry

 

Ø      Incoming and outgoing customer calls, sales calls and general inquiries.  

 

Ø      Assist customers with inquiries regarding credits, deliveries, sourcing products.

 

Ø      Attend and participate in Customer Care meetings as required.

 

Ø      Communicate with Multi Unit Sales Team and other internal customers.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

 

Ø      Foodservice experience and product knowledge is an asset

Ø      Excellent communication skills

Ø      Previous customer service experience

Ø      Team player

Ø      High level of accuracy while working under specific deadlines

Ø      Strong P.C. Skills, Excel being an asset
