This position is responsible for scheduling, safety, training, attendance, meeting production deadlines and efficiencies.

Possess overall seafood knowledge of fresh & frozen products
· Familiar with customer orders
· Awareness of all cut-off times for all shipping
· Proven ability to complete assembly P.O.
· Have adequate computer skills
· Passionate about Teamwork
· Demonstrated initiative and committed to both internal and external customer service
· Strong communication skills required
