GFS is unique in that we provide our clientele with attractive, cost-effective custom dessert menus.

All menu requests will be qualified through your sales representative. Please allow three to six weeks for production of your menus.

REPRINTS: If you need exact reprints with no changes of the last menu created for you, please contact your sales representative. They will gladly arrange your reprint needs.

	1) Standard Menu (11" x 8.5" folded once) • most common menu size • comfortably holds up to 6 cake pictures & descriptions • space on the back for Drinks / Specialty Coffees
	2) Letter size Menu (8.5" x 11") • single or double-sided • can accommodate numerous cake pictures & descriptions • allows for larger product pictures • space on the back for Drinks / Specialty Coffees
	3) Tri-Fold Menu (11" x 8.5" folded three times) • unique and eye-catching • stands up on its own Please note that this menu has limited space. Fewer product pictures can be displayed due to its size restrictions.

Gordon Food Service is pleased to incorporate your other desserts into your menu. Please provide the name of the dessert(s) and descriptions below. We will also place any specialty drinks you offer. Please remember that space is limited and additional printed pages may result in extra charges. If photos are required for your additional products they must be provided in high-resolution (eps. or .tiff) format. Gordon Food Service will not be responsible for customer provided art that is not provided in the proper formats.

Please provide your logo in an acceptable high resolution computer format (i.e. JPG, TIF, EPS). If you do not have an electronic version of your logo, send an item to us that contains the logo (i.e. a business card) for scanning. Please note that there is a charge of $20 (CDN) (+applicable taxes) for scanning.
